Accenture Flex employees work in their local metro area onsite at the project, significantly reducing and/or eliminating the demands to travel.\n\nJob Description:\n\nKey Responsibilities:\nOwn the technical direction and architecture of custom software solutions, leading teams through design and delivery.\nSet development standards and ensure code quality, scalability, and performance aligned to business objectives.\nServe as a subject matter expert, collaborate with and manage the team to perform effectively, take responsibility for team decisions, engage with multiple teams, contribute to key decisions, and provide solutions to problems within the immediate team and across multiple teams.\nDrive the adoption of best practices in software design and architecture to enhance solution robustness and maintainability.\nCollaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align technical strategies with business goals and project timelines.\nSupport and guide team members by sharing expertise and fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.\nAnalyze complex technical challenges and develop innovative solutions that improve system performance and scalability.\nContribute to the evolution of development processes and tools to increase efficiency and quality across projects.\nBasic Qualifications:\nMinimum of 4 years of experience in cloud platforms, with AWS as the primary platform and Microsoft Entra ID.\nMinimum of 3 years of experience AWS services, including EC2, S3, Lambda, AWS SDK, DynamoDB, RDS, ECS, EKS, OpenSearch, IAM, CloudWatch, and CloudFormation.\nMinimum of 3 years of experience with architecture patterns, including microservices, event-driven, serverless, and distributed systems.\nMinimum of 2 years of experience with data and API integration technologies, including FastAPI, OAuth 2.0, OpenAPI, and Amazon API Gateway.\nMinimum of 2 years of experience with DevOps tools and practices, including Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, Git, and CI/CD.\nMinimum of 2 years of programming experience with Python, SQL, Java, and TypeScript.\nHS Diploma / GED.\nPreferred Qualifications:\nExperience with generative AI technologies, including embedding models, large language models, retrieval-augmented generation, LangChain, and PyTorch.\nExperience with agentic AI technologies, including Amazon Bedrock AgentCore, multi-agent orchestration, Agent-to-Agent protocol, Model Context Protocol, and AWS Strands Agents.\nCompensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
