In this role, you will define solution direction, architecture guardrails, andimplementationroadmaps for Active Workspace while promoting scalable designs and standard Teamcenter capabilities\nProject Context\nThe role focuses on Active Workspace solution architecture and planning within a complex PLM environment. You will translate business needs, user journeys, and platform strategy into practical AWC solution designs, supporting the transition from Teamcenter Rich Client or legacy client-based solutions to modern web-based user experiences.\nHow you will make an impact\nDefine the Active Workspace target architecture, roadmap, scope, dependencies, and implementation approach.\n\nTranslate business requirements, UX needs, and Rich Client fit-gap outcomes into end-to-end AWC solution designs.\n\nSet architecture guardrails for AWC configuration and customization, including commands, stylesheets, preferences, workflows, services, data model changes, and integrations.\n\nCollaborate with business architecture, enterprise architecture, data, integration, security, product, and development teams.\n\nDrive simplification and standardization by using standard Teamcenter capabilities wherever possible.\n\nReview solution designs for usability, performance, security, scalability, upgradeability, and long-term maintainability.\n\nWhat you need to succeed\nRequired Qualification\nProven experience as a Solution Architect, PLM Architect, Teamcenter Architect, or senior Teamcenter consultant/developer.\n\nStrong experience with Siemens Teamcenter and Teamcenter Active Workspace in engineering or manufacturing environments.\n\nHands-on knowledge of Active Workspace configuration and customization, including commands, stylesheets, preferences, layouts, HTML views, or JSON view models.\n\nExperience with Teamcenter BMIDE, data model design, workflow customization, services, and integration patterns.\n\nGood understanding of Teamcenter processes and PLM ways of working to support robust solution design decisions.\n\nExperience working in Agile delivery with product owners, UX specialists, architects, developers, analysts, and business stakeholders.\n\nStrong English communication skills and ability to create clear architecture documentation, decision records, roadmaps, estimates, and implementation guidance.\n\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience supporting transformation from Teamcenter Rich Client or legacy client-based solutions to Active Workspace.\n\nKnowledge of ITK, SOA services, REST services, custom services, web services, or T4EA infrastructure.\n\nExperience working with security, performance, scalability, data, orintegrationarchitecture topics.\n\nExperience in large-scale PLM transformation programs within engineering or manufacturing environments.\n\nDutch language skills.\n\nSoft Skills\nStrong architecture thinking with the ability to balance business value, user experience, technical feasibility, and maintainability.\n\nPragmatic mindset with the confidence to challenge unnecessary customization while respecting valid business needs.\n\nExcellent stakeholder management, facilitation, and communication skills.\n\nAbility to simplify complex PLM topics for both business and technical audiences.\n\nCollaborative, quality-focused, and solution-oriented approach.\n\nYour life at Accenture\nAt Accenture, we prioritize your health and well-being through comprehensive health insurance coverage and inclusive work arrangements.
