You will take ownership of solution components, ensuring scalable, secure, and business-aligned deployments within customer technology ecosystems.\nAgentic Commerce Solution Development\nDesign and implement Agentic AI systems enabling intelligent decision workflows across:\nPersonalization engines\n\nMerchandising optimization\n\nCampaign orchestration\n\nConversational commerce\n\nDigital customer engagement platforms\n\nDevelop multi-agent architectures coordinating planners, retrievers, reasoning agents, predictive models, and optimization components.\n\nBuild and operationalize retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) systems grounded in structured commerce knowledge, product taxonomies, business rules, and policy constraints.\n\nData & Orchestration Engineering\nDefine and manage data, knowledge, and context pipelines to support effective agent reasoning.\n\nLead data preparation, integration, validation, and semantic modeling for commerce use cases.\n\nArchitect orchestration pipelines integrating:\nPredictive models\n\nLLM reasoning\n\nDecision APIs\n\nEnterprise tools and backend services\n\nEnsure scalable integration within digital commerce platforms (e.g., Adobe Commerce, Salesforce Commerce, SAP CX, composable commerce architectures).\n\nCloud & Deployment\nLeverage AWS, Azure, or GCP for scalable AI deployment and lifecycle management.\n\nDevelop modular services using FastAPI and deploy production-ready solutions using containerized and CI/CD-based environments.\n\nUtilize Databricks for large-scale modeling workflows and AI experimentation.\n\nIntegrate vector databases, distributed knowledge systems, and in-memory state management (e.g., Redis) for context-aware agent workflows.\n\nResponsible AI & Performance Optimization\nApply Responsible AI principles including:\nStructured tool access\n\nContext governance\n\nLogging and traceability\n\nBias awareness\n\nDrift detection\n\nImplement LLM evaluation metrics, structured testing frameworks, and observability standards.\n\nContinuously optimize multi-agent systems for scalability, reliability, and commercial impact.\n\nConsulting & Client Engagement\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams and clients to align AI implementations with business objectives.\n\nSupport development of client-ready presentations, demos, and value narratives.\n\nTranslate complex AI architectures into clear business outcomes and ROI impact.\n\nContribute to knowledge assets, reusable accelerators, and best practices.\n\nMentor junior analysts and support team capability development.\n\nTravel: As required for client support up to 50%\n\nLocation: Primary residency within 90 minutes of an approved Accenture office\n\nWho We Are Looking For\n4+ years of experience building scalable AI or data-driven systems, preferably within digital commerce, MarTech, or customer technology ecosystems. Experience should include: Strong proficiency in Python and SQL, with hands-on experience deploying Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions.\nExperience working with Agentic AI frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, CrewAI, AutoGen, LangGraph).\nExperience designing prompt flows, multi-agent orchestration pipelines, and schema-driven tool invocation (e.g., MCP or similar standards).\nExperience integrating AI systems with enterprise APIs and backend commerce platforms.\nHands-on experience with FastAPI, AWS/Azure/GCP, and Databricks.\nExperience working with vector databases and retrieval-augmented architectures.\nUnderstanding of Responsible AI principles and production monitoring standards.\nWorking knowledge of cloud-native architectures, containerization, and CI/CD pipelines.\nStrong communication skills with the ability to translate advanced AI concepts into business value.\nStructured problem-solving skills and ability to build scalable, client-ready solutions.\nExperience with designing of a semantic layer and knowledge graph\nExperience with prompt engineering \n\nCompensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
