As a Technical Test Engineer, you will contribute to our automation efforts, helping enhance overall quality and efficiency.\nRoles and Responsibilities\nWork in Agile environments, preferably using Scrum or Kanban methodologies.\nDesign, develop, execute, and maintain automated test scripts for web applications using Playwright and Cypress.\nAssist in creating and executing test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on business requirements and acceptance criteria.\nPerform UI, functional, regression, smoke, and exploratory testing.\nCollaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Developers, and QA team members to understand requirements and report issues effectively.\nExecute automated test suites and analyze test results to identify defects and improve software quality.\nLog defects and provide clear, concise documentation of test execution results.\nContribute to the maintenance and enhancement of existing automation frameworks and reusable test components.\nDemonstrate a proactive mindset, willingness to learn, and continuously improve automation and testing skills.\nMaintain high standards of professionalism, ownership, and quality throughout the Software Testing Life Cycle.\nProfessional and Technical Skills\n1.5-3 years of experience across the Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC).\nHands-on experience with both Playwright and Cypress for UI automation.\nBasic knowledge of developing and maintaining automation frameworks.\nProficient in JavaScript/TypeScript; experience with Java is an added advantage.
