We are looking for curious people willing to question the current ways of working by utilizingnew technologies, agile ways of working and new business models to bring new ideasand innovations to life. With us you will have the opportunityto work with large scale business transformations enabled by digital and be a key advisor for c-suitesin leading Nordic companies. • Experience from consulting and/or working with IT strategy, operating models, data & analytics, future tech, cloud strategy, tech transformation etc.

• Ability to identifyand pursue new business opportunities

• Put ideas and findings into the right context for the right audience, both written and verbally in English and preferably in Swedish

• An analytical and structural mindset, who can achieve impressive results and thrive in settings where you define, structure, and solve clients pain points

• In addition to delivering projects, we are looking for experiencein team-leading and driving internal activities (e.g.recruiting, social, training, etc.).

• Experience from the Retail industry is beneficial for this role but not mandatory

• Master's degree in a relevant field with excellent academic results

• Fluent in English

• Flexibility in terms of travel and work across the Nordics is expected
