You leverage GenAI tools to improve productivity, streamline testing activities, and support the delivery of high-quality technology solutions.\nReliability Clearance is mandatory for this role.\nThe Work\nAs part of a cross-functional Agile delivery team, you will contribute to the design, development, testing, and support of modern web and cloud-native applications. Working alongside experienced engineers, you will help deliver high-quality solutions through automation, software development, and quality engineering best practices.\nKey Responsibilities:\nSupport the development, execution, and maintenance of automated test scripts using TypeScript and modern automation tools such as Playwright, Selenium, or WebdriverIO.\nExecute functional, regression, integration, API, and end-to-end testing activities for enterprise applications.\nCollaborate with developers, testers, and product teams to understand requirements, develop test cases, and validate application functionality.\nAssist in the creation and enhancement of reusable automation components and test assets.\nSupport the integration of automated testing into CI/CD pipelines to improve software quality and release readiness.\nParticipate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily standups, and retrospectives.\nLeverage GenAI tools to support test case creation, code generation, documentation, troubleshooting, and productivity improvements.\nContribute to the testing of cloud-native and distributed applications.\nPerform API validation, test data verification, and defect analysis to ensure application quality.\nDocument test results, defects, risks, and remediation recommendations.\nSupport production validation, post-release testing, and ongoing quality assurance activities.\nFollow established engineering, security, accessibility, and compliance standards.\nContinuously grow technical capabilities through training, certifications, mentorship, and project-based learning.\n This role is located in one of the following location (Mississauga) and will require on-site 3 days per week.\nHere's What You'll Need\nMinium 3 years of experience in software testing, quality engineering, software development\nExperience through coursework, internships, personal projects, or professional experience using one or more programming languages such as TypeScript, JavaScript, Java, Python, or C#.\nExposure to automated testing concepts and tools such as Playwright, Selenium, Cypress, WebdriverIO, or similar frameworks.\nUnderstanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), software testing lifecycle (STLC), Agile delivery methodologies, and DevOps practices.\nFamiliarity with source control and collaborative development tools such as Git.\nBasic knowledge of API testing, test automation principles, and quality engineering best practices.\nExposure to cloud technologies, CI/CD concepts, and modern software delivery practices.\nAwareness of GenAI tools and technologies and an interest in applying them to software development, testing, productivity, and automation activities.\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, troubleshooting, and debugging skills.\nStrong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.\nDemonstrated curiosity, willingness to learn, and passion for technology and innovation.\nAbility to adapt quickly in a fast-paced, client-focused, and Agile delivery environment.\nBachelor’s degree or completion of a college program in a related discipline \nMust be eligible to obtain and maintain Reliability Clearance.\nBonus Points If You Have\nExperience with Playwright, Selenium, Cypress, WebdriverIO, or other modern automation tools.\nExposure to API testing tools such as Postman, Insomnia, or equivalent technologies.\nExperience working with GitHub, Azure DevOps, GitLab, Jenkins, or other CI/CD platforms.\nExposure to cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform.\nExperience using GenAI tools for code generation, test creation, debugging, documentation, or productivity enhancement.\nKnowledge of microservices, REST APIs, cloud-native applications, or distributed architectures.\nExposure to performance testing, accessibility testing, security testing, or quality monitoring practices.\nExperience participating in Agile teams, hackathons, open-source projects, or technology-focused extracurricular activities.\nRelevant technical certifications or coursework in software development, quality engineering, cloud computing, AI, or automation\nCompensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location,\nrole, skill set, and level of experience.
