The role requires a good understanding of commercial business processes along with techno-functional knowledge of Veeva CRM, Salesforce platform concepts, integrations, data, and compliance requirements.\nThe consultant works with business stakeholders, functional leads, architects, developers, and QA teams to help translate business requirements into effective and scalable solutions.\nKey Responsibilities:\nSupport the design and delivery of Veeva CRM implementations, enhancements, and support initiatives.\nGather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.\nAssist in solution design across areas such as:\nAccount and Contact Management\nTerritory Management\nCall Planning and Call Reporting\nCLM / Approved Email\nEvents Management\nMedical Inquiry\nSample Management\nConsent and Compliance\nPrepare functional specifications, user stories, process flows, and related documentation.\nWork with business users and technical teams to clarify requirements and support solution development.\nAssist in configuration, data mapping, workflow design, and system setup activities.\nSupport integrations between Veeva CRM and connected enterprise systems such as ERP, MDM, marketing platforms, data warehouses, and Veeva Vault.\nParticipate in SIT, UAT, defect tracking, and resolution support.\nHelp ensure solutions meet compliance, security, and data integrity standards.\nSupport release activities, deployment validation, and post-production issue resolution.\nFollow delivery standards, best practices, and documentation processes.\nThis is a hybrid role and will require three days per week in the office. Hiring locations: Chesterbrook, PA or Orlando, FL\nWhat you need:\nMinimum of 3 years of experience with Veeva CRM/Salesforce in a techno-functional role including some experience in Life Sciences/Pharmaceutical/Biotechnology industry \nBachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If Associate Degree, must have minimum 6 years work experience) \nBonus points if you have:\nUnderstanding of HCP/HCO data, affiliations, targeting, and consent processes\nExposure to Agile delivery methodology\nFamiliarity with reporting and analytics processes\nBasic understanding of middleware/integration concepts\nCompensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
