You will support the configuration, customization, and integration of Windchill while helping organizations improve product data management, engineering collaboration, and business processes across the product lifecycle.\nHow You Will Make an Impact\nConfigure, customize, and maintain Windchill PLM solutions, including Data Models, ACLs, OIRs, Lifecycles, Workflows, and Preferences.\nDevelop and enhance Windchill functionality using Java, JavaScript, Windchill Java APIs, REST APIs, and OData services. \nDesign and implement integrations between Windchill and enterprise systems to ensure seamless data exchange and process automation. \nCollaborate with architects, developers, and business stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions. \nAnalyze, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical issues while ensuring solution quality, scalability, and maintainability. \nContribute to technical design discussions, code reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives within the development team.\nWhat You Need to Succeed\nRequired Qualifications\nExperience developing, configuring, and customizing Windchill PLM solutions. \nStrong programming skills in Java and JavaScript. \nGood knowledge of Windchill configuration, including Data Models, ACLs, OIRs, Lifecycles, Workflows, and Preferences. \nExperience working with Windchill Java APIs and Integration APIs such as REST and OData. \nUnderstanding of Windchill business processes, including Change Management and Document Management. \nExperience integrating Windchill with enterprise systems and applications. \nStrong analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to solve complex technical challenges.\nProfessional communication skills in English and experience working in international project environments.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience with Agile delivery methodologies and Git version control. \nKnowledge of Windchill ESI integration. \nExperience with Oracle, SQL Server, or similar database technologies. \nKnowledge of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and XML. \nUnderstanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) practices. \nExperience supporting PLM transformations within engineering or manufacturing organizations.\nSoft Skills\nStrong problem-solving and critical-thinking capabilities.\nAbility to collaborate effectively with technical and business stakeholders.\nCustomer-focused mindset with strong attention to detail.\nProactive and continuous-learning attitude.\nAbility to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.\nYour Life at Accenture\nAt Accenture, we prioritize your health and well-being through comprehensive health insurance coverage and inclusive work arrangements.
