In this role, you will provide independent Level 2 (L2) support for Windows Server environments and act as the main escalation point for L1 engineers. You will be responsible for resolving the majority of Windows infrastructure and application issues autonomously, while escalating architectural or highly complex problems to Senior engineers. The position includes On-call duties.
