You will be client facing and have the following responsibilities:\nComprehend data integrations from point-to-point systems as well as holistic interchange services rendering effective data quality and dependable exchanges of digital information.\nIdentify, assess, and solve complex business problems for integrating the Workday cloud application with external applications across a wide array of Human Capital Management and Financial functional areas, where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.\nDesign, build, and support testing of Workday integration code base including Studio, EIB and supporting 3rd party coding.\nClosely follow the strategic direction set by client leadership when establishing Workday project goals.\nResponsible for timely identification and escalation of risks and development of alternative technical and functional approaches when necessary.\nThis is a hybrid role and will require 3 days per week in the office. Hiring locations: Nashville, TN; Atlanta, GA or Dallas, TX\nBasic Qualifications:\nMinimum of 2 year of consulting experience, ideally in a Workday Extend developer role.\nMinimum of 1 years' hands-on Workday Extend experience (or equivalent) with Workday Extend Model Level Components, PMD Scripting, Orchestrations, Studio, EID, and supporting 3rd party coding.\nMinimum of 1 years of US and/or Global Workday deployment experience, with preference to relevant Workday Extend/Cloud platform exprience.\nMinimum of 1 years of experience and working knowledge of webservice technologies (REST, SOAP, JSON, XML), scripting skills (Javascript, Java, or Python) and broader knowledge of API First Architecture.\nExperience leading an implementation team, focused on implementing Platform-as-a-Service and/or custom web applications, ideally implementing Workday solutions, Workday Extend within Human Capital Management, Financials, Supply Chain\nBachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 4 years) work experience. If Associate's degree, must have a minimum of 6 years of work experience.\nPreferred Qualifications:\nWorkday Extend Certification and Studio Certification\nMinimum of 2 years of consulting experience, most recently in a Workday Extend lead role\nMinimum of 2 years of hands-on Workday Extend experience including Workday Extend Model Level Components, PMD scripting, Orchestrations, Studio, EID, and supporting 3rd party coding.\nMinimum of 2 years of US and/or Global Workday deployment experience, with preference to relevant Workday Extend/Cloud platform experience.\nMinimum of 2 years of experience and working knowledge of webservice technologies (REST, SOAP, JSON, XML), scripting skills (JavaScript, Java or Python) and broader API First Architecture.\nProven ability to learn and understand not just the technical components, but application design, and product-oriented mindset that can be leveraged for Workday Extend App development.\nAbility to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment, experience with Excel, Visio, MS Project (or equivalent) and PowerPoint.\n\"Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
