From rapid deployments to complete transformations, you'll provide integrated, cloud-based ERP solutions that put organizations on the fast track to a better way to work.\nIn this role, you will help our clients get the most out of their Workday investment by:\nAct as the primary point of contact for financials-related functionality within Workday.\n\nAnalyse business requirements and translate them into Workday Financials solutions.\n\nDefine and govern the design of Workday modules such as the General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, and Financial Reporting.\n\nEnsure adherence to financial regulations and internal controls.\n\nCreate documentation for processes, configurations, and best practices.\n\nIdentify opportunities for continuous improvement and system optimisation.\n\nOversee the implementation and enhancement of Workday Financials solutions for end clients.\n\nWe are looking for experience in the following skills:\nStrong finance transformation track record\n\nExperience from several full-cycle Workday implementations\n\nIn-depth knowledge of Workday Financials modules (Record-to-Report, Procure-to-pay, Contracts-to-cash), including configuration and reporting.\n\nFamiliarity with accounting principles, financial processes, and compliance requirements.\n\nBachelor’s degree or equivalent\n\nFluency in English\n\nAbility to meet client travel requirements as needed and efficiently manage virtual team and client interactions\n\nThrive in a diverse, dynamic environment\n\nThink analytically and effectively apply logic to solve problems\n\nAbility to handle multiple tasks concurrently and meet deadlines despite conflicting demands\n\nEffective interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate across teams\n\nExcellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and can clearly articulate complex messages and requirements\n\nStrong desire to work with clients and provide exceptional client experiences\n\nArtificial Intelligence and the future of Workday delivery:\nAccenture is embedding Artificial Intelligence and Generative AI across the Workday delivery lifecycle, and this role sits at the centre of that shift.
