You will analyze current workflows, design innovative solutions, and manage the end-to-end deployment lifecycle for OneFM solutions integrated with Oracle Cloud. Acting as the bridge between the technical teams and the business community, you will facilitate communication, gather user needs, define requirements and use cases, and ensure that deployments are executed smoothly and effectively. Your role will also include participating in user and task analysis to maintain a strong focus on user experience and operational impact.\nKey Responsibilities:\nLead deployment of OneFM solutions with seamless integration into Oracle Cloud.\nAnalyze and design new business processes to enhance operational efficiency.\nIdentify and define detailed product requirements and use cases in collaboration with stakeholders.\nServe as liaison between technical teams and business users to ensure alignment.\nParticipate in user and task analysis to keep business objectives central throughout deployment.\nManage deployment timelines, activities, risks, and deliverables to ensure successful project outcomes.\nFacilitate cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder engagement.\nSupport change management and user adoption initiatives.\nHere’s What You Need:\nStrong understanding of Oracle Cloud capabilities and deployment processes.\nExperience with process mapping, requirements gathering, and user analysis.\nAbility to translate business needs into actionable deployment plans.\nFamiliarity with deployment management methodologies, tools, and best practices.\nStrong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.\nExperience facilitating discussions between technical teams and business stakeholders.\nAbility to manage timelines, deliverables, and deployment activities.\nEligibility Requirements:\nU.S. Person\n\n#LI-Platforms \nAs required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, and the District of Columbia, and the city of Cleveland.
