The ideal candidate will have a technical background with an interest in containerization technologies, and an understanding of cloud services, particularly AWS. We are looking for a hands-on professional who is passionate about automation, continuous integration, and continuous deployment. \nWhat you’ll do:\nDesign, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to streamline the software development process\nDevelop and manage containerization solutions using Docker and Kubernetes\nDeploy, manage, and monitor applications on VMWare or AWS infrastructure\nCollaborate with development, QA, and operations teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of software\nAutomate infrastructure provisioning, configuration management, and application deployment\nMonitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize system operations\nEnsure security best practices are implemented across all stages of the development lifecycle\nCreate and maintain detailed documentation of processes, configurations, and architecture\nWhat you’ll need:\n0-2 years of DevOps related experience (e.g.: containerization, CI/CD pipelines, etc.)\nBachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management, or a related field\nFive (5) years of relevant experience can substitute for a bachelor’s degree\nBonus Points if you have:\nCertification in AWS (e.g., AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, AWS Certified Solutions Architect)\nProven experience as a DevOps Engineer or in a similar role\nHands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes, or similar container and orchestration technologies\nStrong expertise in AWS services such as EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, etc.\nProficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or Ruby\nExperience with infrastructure as code tools like Terraform or CloudFormation\nFamiliarity with monitoring and logging tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack, etc.\nSolid understanding of networking, security, and system administration\nExcellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment\nStrong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams\nClearance:\nMust have an active TS/SCI with polygraph level clearance\nAs required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, and the District of Columbia, and the city of Cleveland.
