This role focuses on planning, executing, and delivering projects supporting customer missions in classified and sensitive environments. The ideal candidate will coordinate cross-functional teams with a servant-leader approach to drive operational excellence while developing relationships with government leadership throughout the project lifecycle.\nWhat you’ll do: \nProject Planning & Execution:\nDevelop and execute end-to-end project management activities across the full project lifecycle\nDefine and manage project scope in collaboration with Technical Lead and key stakeholders; establish clear milestones and deliverables\nDevelop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, dependencies, finance, and staffing with Technical Lead\nEnsure all dependencies are identified and represented in support of customer roadmap in support of the mission\nStakeholder Coordination & Communication\nCoordinate activities of platform resources to ensure effective execution and delivery\nEstablish relationships with customer leadership; handle recurring meetings and written communication\nCoordinate with key stakeholders including System Owners, Technical Points of Contact (POCs), Product Owners, ISSM, SCA, and other program partners in support of system health\nField and manage new customer requirements, ensuring alignment with program objectives\nFinancial & Contractual Management\nSupport management of financial, contractual, and operational commitments\nMonitor and manage project budgets to ensure profitability\nProvide management oversight and support to project staff; establish standards; support growth for team members\nIdentify opportunities for expanded scope and areas of growth\nPerformance Monitoring & Risk Management\nMonitor delivery performance and quality using established tools and defined metrics\nTrack and report project progress to leadership and stakeholders\nIdentify, assess, and mitigate risks in accordance with the project plan\nManage issue resolution to minimize schedule and operational impacts\nEnsure alignment with key stakeholders within the government program office\nEscalate risks and issues to management for advice and support\nWhat you’ll need: \n10 years of Project Management experience\n7 years of experience with government, defense, or in a technical environment\n5 years communication experience with executive leadership\nFamiliarity with cybersecurity, systems integration, cloud\nBonus Points if you have: \nExcellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills\nAbility to manage multiple priorities across a complex, dynamic environment\nActive PMP or equivalent project management certification\nCloud Platform certifications - preferably AWS, such as Cloud Practitioner, Solutions Architect Agile/Scrum certifications\nClearance:\nMust have an active TS/SCI level government clearance \n#LI-Defense #LI-Onsite \nAs required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Illinois, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, and the District of Columbia.
