Recognized as a Glassdoor Top 100 Best Place to Work, we offer a collaborative and caring community where you feel like you belong and are empowered to grow, learn and thrive through hands-on experience, certifications, industry training and more. \nJoin us to drive positive, lasting change that moves missions and the government forward!\nAFS is seeking a Test Engineer, for an onsite position in Lorton, VA.\nThe Work:\nPerform test events including System Integration & Dry Run (SIDR), System Integration Test (SIT), User Acceptance Test (UAT), Site Validation Test, and Mission Acceptance Test.\nConduct formal test reviews such as Test Readiness Reviews and Post-Test Reviews.\nExecute test strategy activities including Requirements Verification & System Validation, Customer Requirements Validation, Test Case Development, Test Incident Identification & Management, Test Incident Reporting (TIR), and Test Metrics Management.\nCompile or develop manual and/or automated test cases for the Test Plan.\nIdentify, document, and prioritize defects in alignment with Test Lead guidance.\nExecute tests in accordance with the approved Test Plan.\nPrepare and deliver regular test status updates to the Test Lead.\nInput test results into applicable test management tools and track execution progress.\nEvaluate testing software/tools and recommend alternative solutions as needed.\nHere’s what you need:\n5+ years of related technical experience, including either three years in Windows Server-focused systems administration or three years in system testing with an emphasis on automation.\nExperience with Agile development methodologies and software testing processes\nUnderstanding of the various aspects of the system development life cycle (SDLC)\nFamiliarity with CI/CD processes and version control (GitHub/AzureDevOps)\nExperience with Windows Server technologies including Active Directory Domain Services, Group Policy, and PowerShell\nAbility to support Microsoft Information Request SAF/AQ Project Order requirements\nDOD 8140 baseline certification required upon start\nBonus points if you have:\nExperience with test automation tools such as Cucumber, Watir, TestComplete, or LoginEnterprise\nWorking knowledge of testing frameworks including Cypress, Jasmine, Selenium, or Pester\nExperience authoring test cases and documenting test results\nExperience with CI/CD processes and version control systems (GitHub, Azure DevOps)\nExperience working with cloud technologies (Azure experience or AZ-104 certification is a plus)\nSecurity Clearance:\nMust have an active TS/SCI security clearance\nMust have a valid US passport for citizenship attestation requirements\nAs required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Illinois, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, and the District of Columbia.
