That's the More Yes difference.\nAccertify is seeking a Fraud Analyst who will be on the front lines of protecting businesses and consumers by investigating and analyzing high-risk e-commerce transactions. You’ll be empowered to make impactful decisions, shape fraud prevention strategies, and contribute directly to the mission of transforming the digital landscape.\n\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities:\nIdentify and prevent fraudulent transactions, powering exceptional client results\nWork well with a team of industry experts to monitor real-time fraud decisioning software\nIndependently resolve problems that require in-depth investigation and/or research\nConstantly communicate fraud trends and share best practices with peers and leaders\nPerform a thorough manual review of queued transactions to determine the likelihood of fraud and subsequently approve/reject said transactions\nMaintain professional persistence when reviewing transactions or speaking with customers\nPrioritize work to meet and exceed deadlines and performance goals\nReport platform issues as they arise and proactively identify potential impacts to clients\nEnsure the success of Accertify’s customers by delivering results daily\nSkills & Qualifications:\nBachelor’s Degree required\nStrong desire to build a career in the fraud prevention industry\nPrevious e-commerce fraud prevention, investigation, or similar experience preferred but not required\nFine-tuned organizational, analytical, and critical thinking skills are strongly desired\nExceptional problem-solving skills\nDisplays confidence in making decisions quickly and independently\nMust be able to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment\nStrong internet research skills with the ability to navigate multiple systems at once\nDemonstrated experience and/or strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite\nMust have flexibility to work morning, afternoon, and evening shifts, including non-business hours, weekends, and holidays\nEnglish language speaking proficiency required \nAdditional Details:\nLocation: On-site at the Accertify Headquarters in Itasca, IL: 2 Pierce Place, Suite 900, Itasca, IL 60143\n$24.04 Hour/$50,003.20/yr\nFlexibility to work a 4x10 weekly schedule (start as early as 8 AM CT or as late as 2 PM CT); this will include a one-weekend shift)\nTraining will be from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. for three weeks, all onsite at the Itasca, IL office. Following this training, schedules will be determined based on client needs.\nFor the first three months, the position will be entirely onsite at the Itasca office each workday; after three months, it will become hybrid (three days in the office, one day working from home). Accertify reserves the right to convert any and all positions to fully in-office in the future. Accertify may require additional in-office days throughout the year based on client/department needs.\nThis position includes a PTO blackout period during peak season, from November 15th through the end of the calendar year.
