This role combines software quality assurance with application support, ensuring a comprehensive testing framework that covers various aspects of software quality while being a key contact point for support requests and driving issues through to resolution.\nResponsibilities: \n Collaborate closely with the Product Owner: Work side by side with the PO, developers, UX/UI experts, and other KWS teams to understand requirements, check them for testability, and define clear testing goals.\n Create and execute tests: Design and maintain test cases in Azure Test Plans, and run regression, UI, End-to-End, and exploratory testing within the sprint cycle.\n Improve the testing process: Review and optimize test cases, take part in story grooming and test effort estimation, and keep test and system documentation up to date.\n Own the support queue: Be the main gatekeeper for support tickets, triaging and routing each issue, and agree on severity and urgency levels with the Product Owner.\n Investigate and report issues: Analyze reported problems, reproduce defects, gather missing details from users, and write clear, detailed bug reports.\n Drive issues to resolution: Follow up with users, the PO, and developers until each ticket is closed, and track recurring issues to propose improvements.\n Requirements: Mid+ hands-on experience in QA Engineering and Application Support\n Experience with 1st and 2nd level support and ticket management\n Solid experience with manual and regression testing\n Experience with test management tools such as Azure Test Plans\n ISTQB Foundation Level Certification\n Strong communication and stakeholder management skills\n Customer-oriented mindset, with the ability to balance user needs and business priorities\n Test automation experience, ideally with Playwright\n At Accesa: We nurture genuine connections, encourage an active lifestyle, and support the development of a healthy mindset.
