this is the primary criterion for the role\n Strong SAP BW knowledge: ability to read and reverse-engineer BW structures (InfoCubes, DSOs, InfoObjects, BW transformations)\n Advanced SQL proficiency; hands-on experience implementing transformation logic as SQL-based ELT - dbt strongly preferred\n Experience with ELT orchestration tools (Azure Data Factory, Apache Airflow, or equivalent)\n Solid data warehousing fundamentals: dimensional modeling, slowly changing dimensions (SCD), partitioning strategies\n Analytical mindset with experience translating legacy DWH logic into modern platforms - this is a migration engagement, not greenfield design; comfort working from existing BW artifacts as the source of truth\n Strong attention to semantic accuracy and detail - preserving, not reimagining, business logic\n Comfortable working embedded in an existing mixed Scrum team; seniority to operate autonomously within an established delivery model\n Regular use of AI tools to improve productivity, automate or reduce repetitive work, support decision-making, and deliver higher-quality outcomes.\n Ability to use AI tools responsibly by structuring effective prompts, critically validating outputs, understanding limitations, and taking ownership of the final result.\n Must have: Snowflake experience (target platform) - candidates with strong DWH and SAP BW backgrounds but limited Snowflake exposure will be considered\n ABAP (read-level): ability to interpret existing BW transformation routines is a significant advantage\n Python for pipeline scripting and automation\n Familiarity with dbt Jinja templating and macro development\n Exposure to AI-assisted code generation tooling (e.g., Snowflake Cortex)\n At Accesa:\n We nurture genuine connections, encourage an active lifestyle, and support the development of a healthy mindset.
