You will work closely with development, architecture, and operations teams to improve deployment efficiency, platform stability, and security.\nThis role requires technical ownership, a practical approach to problem-solving, and the ability to turn business and technical requirements into maintainable solutions.\nResponsibilities\nBuild CI/CD pipelines: Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines across multiple environments.\nManage cloud infrastructure: Build and manage cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code and configuration management practices.\nOperate containerized applications: Deploy and operate containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes or OpenShift.\nImprove observability: Improve monitoring, logging, and alerting to support service availability and effective troubleshooting.\nResolve complex issues: Investigate complex infrastructure and deployment issues, identify root causes, and implement lasting improvements.\nIntegrate security practices: Integrate security into infrastructure and delivery workflows, including access control, secrets management, and vulnerability remediation.\nOptimize infrastructure: Optimize infrastructure performance, scalability, resilience, and cost.\nCollaborate with stakeholders: Collaborate with stakeholders to clarify requirements, assess technical options, and propose suitable solutions.\nMaintain documentation: Maintain technical documentation, operational procedures, and recovery processes.\nSupport and mentor colleagues: Support colleagues through mentoring, knowledge sharing, and technical reviews.\n\nMust have\nStrong hands-on experience in DevOps, cloud engineering, or infrastructure automation, including ownership of production environments.\nSolid experience with at least one major cloud platform: AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.\nStrong Linux administration and troubleshooting skills, with a good understanding of networking, DNS, TLS, and load balancing.\nPractical experience with Docker and Kubernetes or OpenShift.\nExperience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using tools such as GitLab CI/CD, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or Azure DevOps.\nProficiency with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform, and familiarity with configuration management tools such as Ansible.\nScripting skills in Bash, Python, or PowerShell.\nStrong understanding of Git workflows and collaborative development practices.\nExperience with monitoring and logging solutions such as Prometheus, Grafana, Elastic Stack, or cloud-native equivalents.\nAbility to evaluate technical trade-offs, work independently, and take responsibility for solutions from implementation through operation.\nClear communication skills and confidence working with technical and non-technical stakeholders.\nGood English skills, both written and spoken.\nNice to Have\nExperience with GitOps tools such as Argo CD or Flux, and application packaging with Helm.\n\nExposure to cloud migrations, disaster recovery, and highly available architectures.\n\nFamiliarity with DevSecOps practices and automated security checks.\n\nRelevant cloud or Kubernetes certifications.\n\n As a people-first organisation, we believe diversity strengthens our teams and drives innovation.
