Coming together in strong tech teams with a customer-centric approach, they enable businesses to grow, delivering value for our clients, partners, industry, and community.\n Be part of a team that is providing proven added value to one of the largest retailers in Europe, on his journey to enhance the consumer's e-shopping experience.\nWe support them in the release and validation process of their new webshop as part of the release testing team.\nThe team is a dedicated testing team with a focus on acting as a quality gate, performing the necessary testing activities and phases, led by a Test Manager from Accesa.\nResponsibilities\nLead quality collaboration: Work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define test objectives, clarify requirements, and align on quality goals\nDrive test planning and execution: Design, organize, and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases using management tools, ensuring thorough coverage and traceability\n Ensure testing excellence: Perform various testing levels (system, integration, regression, exploratory) while promoting adherence to manual testing best practices and overall test strategy\nOwn defect management: Conduct root cause analysis, resolve issues in collaboration with development teams, and clearly communicate risk or quality concerns to clients and team members\nMentor and support the QA team: Provide guidance to junior and mid-level QA engineers, encouraging continuous learning and sharing of testing best practices\nEnhance QA processes: Collaborate with other QA teams to improve tools, methodologies, and testing workflows across the organization\nCoordinate UAT and client readiness: Support UAT activities through training, coordination, and facilitating client sign-off for production readiness\n Maintain QA documentation: Create and maintain detailed test reports, release notes, and QA documentation across all phases of the test lifecycle\n In-depth knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes\nExperience with API testing (e.g., Postman)\nHands-on experience with test management tools (e.g., JIRA,X-Ray,Azure, TestRail. Aqua)\nStrong analytical and troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve test failures and enhance overall test coverage\nCollaborate with team members to improve and enhance the testing process\nPerform manual testing of software applications across various platforms (web, mobile, desktop).\nRegular use of AI tools to improve productivity, automate or reduce repetitive work, support decision-making, and deliver higher-quality outcomes.\nAbility to use AI tools responsibly by structuring effective prompts, critically validating outputs, understanding limitations, and taking ownership of the final result.\nStrong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies\nAbility to work effectively both independently and as part of a team \nExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team-oriented environment\nAs a people-first organisation, we believe diversity strengthens our teams and drives innovation.
