You'll collaborate closely with Sales, Creative, and Events teams to oversee program logistics, client relationships, vendor partnerships, budgets, and on-site operations while ensuring every experience meets Access's standards of excellence.\nWhat You'll Be Doing\nManage assigned events from initial planning through on-site execution and post-event wrap-up.\n\nServe as the primary client contact, providing exceptional service, strategic recommendations, and proactive communication.\n\nOversee event logistics, including venues, transportation, vendors, staffing, and timelines.\n\nBuild and maintain strong relationships with hotel partners, venues, and local suppliers throughout Northern California.\n\nConduct site inspections, venue walkthroughs, and client meetings across the territory.\n\nOwn program budgets, Scopes of Work (SOWs), invoicing, and financial reconciliation while supporting revenue and profitability goals.\n\nIdentify opportunities to enhance client experiences through creative solutions and additional services.\n\nLead on-site event teams, ensuring operational readiness, clear communication, and seamless execution.\n\nCollaborate with Sales, Creative, and Events teams to deliver exceptional programs.\n\nMaintain accurate Salesforce records and ensure program information, vendor details, and financial data are up to date.\n\nAnticipate challenges, develop contingency plans, and resolve issues with professionalism and flexibility.\n\nContribute to continuous improvement by sharing best practices and identifying operational efficiencies.\n\nAbout You\nWe know that there’s no one in the world like you.
