Clinical Support Coordinators play a critical role in ensuring that our mission is successful. You will work remote in a fast-paced environment that can best be described as a 24/7 “virtual hospital.” Coordinators manage requests from client hospitals and physicians providing support to ensure excellence in patient care. Coordinators will assist with the preparation of the consults for dispatch.\n\nWhat You'll Do\nEffectively communicate with hospital clinical staff and Access TeleCare physicians to ensure timely and efficient patient care\nCourteously answer all incoming calls to the consult center and accurately take down patient information\nEffectively communicate with clinical specialists to ensure timely, efficient and satisfactory results; this includes coordinating paperwork, ensure images uploaded from client hospitals to VidiStar, setting up video conferencing exam-units and testing connections\nEnsure courteous and respectful handling of all inbound and outbound phone calls from/to employees, clients and clinical specialists\nProvide Tier 1 technical support to hospitals and to company physicians\nFacilitate and confirm timely hand off to Tier 2 IT support\nReport any failure of SLA or company goals or conflicts to supervisor immediately\nSome work is completed without established procedures\nOther tasks as needed\n\nWhat You'll Bring\nHigh School Diploma, GED or Equivalent Certification Required\nAt least one year of experience working in a call center environment or healthcare or IT\nStrong communications skills (written and oral) as well as demonstrate the ability to work effectively across departments\nDemonstrated proficiency with Microsoft office programs, communication, and collaboration tools in various operating systems\nAbility to learn software and systems\nHave excellent phone/customer service skills along with high attention to detail\nEnthusiastic about being on the forefront of healthcare and impacting patient lives positively\nFlexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment \nAbility to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies and systems \nAbility to excel in a remote work setting, high growth and fast paced organization\nWork Environment:\nWork Schedule: 10:45 PM EST - 7:00 AM EST\nWeekly workdays: Friday-Tuesday\nWeekly days off: Wednesday and Thursday\nPaid Training Schedule: 2-4 weeks, Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm \nRemote based environment\nThis is a full-time position; est. 40 hours week\nThe consult coordination center operates 24/7 and does require weekends and holidays.\nFrequent speaking and listening using a headset\nSitting for an extended period of time\nExtended periods of time looking at computer monitor\nRepetitive use of hands/fingers across keyboard\nHigh growth, fast paced organization \nMust be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time\nWhy Join Access TeleCare\n100% Remote Work\nHealth Insurance (Medical, Dental, Vision)\nComprehensive benefits - health, dental, vision, life, and 401(k)\nPaid Time Off, Sick Leave- we value performance and balance\nCulture of ownership, transparency, and results - where the best ideas rise\nDirectly impact patient access nationwide \nAbout our recruitment process:\n We don’t expect a perfect fit for every requirement we’ve outlined.
