Ask customers targeted questions to quickly understand the root of the problem.\n6. Talk clients through a series of actions via phone until they’ve solved a technical issue.\n7. Properly escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams (e.g. N2, N3 or N4).\nSkills:\nBasic knowledge in IT\nvery fluent in French\nQualification/Skills:\nHigher School Certificate or equivalence\nIT literacy in software and hardware\n1-2 years’ experience preferably in a French call center environment\nGood verbal and written communication in French\nWhat we offer:\n1.
