Click here and find out how!\nClick here to learn more about accessiBe's #companyculture \nWhat will you do:\nOwn features end-to-end: technical design, development, testing, deployment, production support, and long-term maintenance.\nDesign and build scalable, high-quality full-stack solutions using Node.js, React, MongoDB, MySQL, and GCP.\nPartner closely with Product, QA, Support, and other engineers to deliver solutions that solve real customer problems.\nProactively identify risks and resolve production issues with minimal customer impact.\nParticipate actively in code reviews, architectural discussions, and incident management (including on-call).\nTake responsibility for system quality by managing technical debt and continuously improving tooling, workflows, and developer experience.\nContribute meaningfully in an Agile environment, including planning, estimation, and iterative delivery.\nRequirements: \n\n3-5+ years of experience as a Full Stack Developer in a B2B SaaS environment.\nA proven track record of delivering production-grade features independently and end-to-end.\nStrong hands-on experience with JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Node.js, MongoDB and/or MySQL, RESTful APIs, and cloud platforms (GCP or AWS).\nExperience working with infrastructure or automation tools such as Terraform.\nA strong sense of ownership and accountability for delivery, quality, and outcomes -not just implementation.\nProduct-aware and customer-focused, with the ability to make sound technical trade-offs.\nClear communicator who collaborates effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.\nComfortable operating in environments with ambiguity, evolving requirements, and high expectations.\nA team-oriented engineer who contributes to shared ownership and collective success.\nAdvantages\nFamiliarity with LangChain or LlamaIndex, LLM orchestration tools and frameworks\n\nEqual opportunities\nAt accessiBe, we prioritize diversity.
