You'll lead cross-functional initiatives, define KPIs, build and optimize processes, and support go-to-market projects, working closely with Product, Data and business teams. Click here and find out how!\nClick here to learn more about accessiBe's #companyculture\nWhat will you do:\nIndependently lead cross-company projects, ranging from short sprints to long, complex initiatives.\nSupport managers from various teams in advancing their projects, identifying challenges, and devising solutions.\nRapidly assess situations, identify problems, and establish effective relationships with stakeholders to ensure project success.\nBuild strong networks across the organization, helping teams overcome obstacles and achieve their goals.\nImprove team and process productivity by designing and implementing new workflows and tools. Own definition, specifications, and at times - the build prototypes or solutions (Zapier/n8n, App scripts, reports, AI coding, etc.).\n\nRequirements: \n\nMinimum Qualifications:\nProven experience managing diverse, complex projects involving multiple teams and stakeholders over extended periods.\nA track record of working across different companies and handling various types of projects.\nPreferred Qualifications: While not mandatory to have all, the following experiences will strengthen your application:\nDesigning, implementing, and monitoring KPIs or other metrics, from planning to execution and insights generation.\nDeveloping and optimizing processes, including defining requirements, analyzing issues, improving systems, and ensuring team adoption.\nExperience defining and building a solution: scoping the problem, designing the workflow/tool, shipping a v1, iterating with users. \nWorking with product, development, and data teams on collaborative initiatives.\nManaging GTM (Go-To-Market) projects, including product launches, market analysis, entering new markets, and customer segmentation.\nEngaging with clients through project delivery, customer management, or sales.\nImproving productivity through the creation of tools, processes, methodologies or other creative ways\nCollaborating with global teams on a regular basis.\nThe salary band for this position ranges from $90,000-$120,000 and will be based on your experience and skill set.\nEqual opportunities\nAt accessiBe, we prioritize diversity.
