Progress Monitoring and Reporting: Track commissioning milestones, maintain up-to-date status\n\nlogs, chair weekly coordination meetings, and issue detailed reports including punch lists,\n\ntracker updates, and field observations.\n\n5. Issue Identification and Resolution: Manage and resolve commissioning-related issues by\n\ncoordinating with relevant stakeholders and ensuring all corrective actions are implemented\n\neffectively.\n\n6. Technical Documentation: Consolidate and validate test results; manage documentation such\n\nas test scripts, commissioning reports, meeting minutes, survey reports, and final handover\n\ndocuments.\n\n7. Systems Knowledge and Familiarity with Tools: Possess a strong understanding of mechanical\n\nand electrical systems, including HVAC, power distribution (HV/MV/LV), and system controls.\n\nFamiliarity with diagnostic tools such as PQAs, data loggers, and oscilloscopes is considered a\n\nplus.\n\n8. MEP Procedure Development: Draft testing, operating, and commissioning procedures; review\n\ndesign documents and RFIs to ensure proper system integration and alignment with\n\nengineering standards.\n\n9. Safety and Compliance: Ensure all commissioning activities comply with local regulations,\n\nindustry standards, and site-specific safety protocols across mechanical and electrical\n\ndomains.\n\n10.
