What You’ll Be Designing

Join our R&D team to lead the end-to-end mechanical design of cutting-edge robotic systems. You’ll translate complex requirements into precise, manufacturable designs, working from concept to prototype to production-ready hardware.

Your Mission Includes

Designing and developing mechanical sub-systems for robotic platforms
Creating detailed 3D models, assemblies, and engineering drawings
Conducting design reviews, FEA analysis, and tolerance studies
Collaborating with electrical and firmware teams for seamless integration
Driving DFM (Design for Manufacturability) and DFA (Design for Assembly) principles
Managing BOM accuracy and revision control

Requirements

What You Bring to the Table

Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering (1-3 years of relevant experience preferred)
Strong proficiency in SolidWorks or Fusion 360 (preferred) - assemblies and drawings
Understanding of manufacturing processes: sheet metal, CNC machining, injection moulding
Experience with GD&T and engineering drawing standards
Ability to work hands-on with prototypes and iterate quickly

Tools & Technologies

SolidWorks, Fusion 360 (preferred), AutoCAD
FEA tools: ANSYS / SolidWorks Simulation
3D Printers, CNC Machines, basic workshop tooling
PDM / PLM systems for document and version control
