Job Summary :

We are looking for a skilled SharePoint Administrator with hands-on experience in Microsoft SharePoint, Power Apps, and C# development. The ideal candidate will be responsible for administering and maintaining SharePoint environments, developing business applications using Microsoft Power Apps, and building custom solutions using C# and the .NET framework.

Key Responsibilities :

SharePoint Administration :

- Administer and maintain SharePoint Online environments, sites, site collections, libraries, lists, and permissions.

- Manage user access, security groups, content types, metadata, and document management.

- Configure SharePoint sites and troubleshoot access, performance, and application-related issues.

- Manage Microsoft 365 integration, governance policies, and SharePoint security.

- Support SharePoint migrations, backup and recovery processes, and environment upgrades where applicable.

- Monitor platform usage and ensure compliance with organizational standards.

Power Apps Development :

- Design, develop, and maintain business applications using Power Apps, including Canvas Apps and Model-Driven Apps where applicable.

- Integrate Power Apps with SharePoint lists, Microsoft Dataverse, and other data sources.

- Develop and maintain Power Automate workflows for business process automation.

- Implement application validations, business logic, and user-friendly interfaces.

- Troubleshoot application issues and optimize performance.

- Manage application deployment across development, testing, and production environments.

C# Development :

- Develop and maintain custom applications, components, and integrations using C# and .NET.

- Build REST APIs and integrate applications with SharePoint and Microsoft 365 services.

- Develop custom business logic and reusable components to extend existing solutions.

- Work with JSON, XML, SQL Server, and API-based integrations.

- Troubleshoot, debug, test, and optimize application code.

- Follow coding standards, version control practices, and secure development principles.

Collaboration and Support :

- Gather requirements from business stakeholders and translate them into technical solutions.

- Prepare technical documentation, deployment guides, and support procedures.

- Collaborate with developers, infrastructure teams, and business users.

- Provide production support and resolve incidents within agreed SLAs.

Required Skills :

- Strong hands-on experience in SharePoint Online administration.

- Experience with SharePoint sites, lists, libraries, permissions, and governance.

- Practical experience developing applications using Microsoft Power Apps.

- Good knowledge of C# and the .NET framework or .NET Core.

- Experience with Power Automate and workflow automation.

- Knowledge of REST APIs and application integrations.

- Experience with SQL Server and database concepts.

- Understanding of Microsoft 365 administration and security.

- Strong troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with SharePoint Framework (SPFx).

- Knowledge of PowerShell scripting for SharePoint administration.

- Experience with Microsoft Graph API and Azure services.

- Familiarity with Microsoft Dataverse and the Power Platform environment.

- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and application lifecycle management.

- Knowledge of SharePoint migration tools and governance frameworks.

Educational Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
