The ideal candidate will be responsible for administering and maintaining SharePoint environments, developing business applications using Microsoft Power Apps, and building custom solutions using C# and the .NET framework.\n\nKey Responsibilities : \n\nSharePoint Administration : \n\n- Administer and maintain SharePoint Online environments, sites, site collections, libraries, lists, and permissions.\n\n- Manage user access, security groups, content types, metadata, and document management.\n\n- Configure SharePoint sites and troubleshoot access, performance, and application-related issues.\n\n- Manage Microsoft 365 integration, governance policies, and SharePoint security.\n\n- Support SharePoint migrations, backup and recovery processes, and environment upgrades where applicable.\n\n- Monitor platform usage and ensure compliance with organizational standards.\n\nPower Apps Development : \n\n- Design, develop, and maintain business applications using Power Apps, including Canvas Apps and Model-Driven Apps where applicable.\n\n- Integrate Power Apps with SharePoint lists, Microsoft Dataverse, and other data sources.\n\n- Develop and maintain Power Automate workflows for business process automation.\n\n- Implement application validations, business logic, and user-friendly interfaces.\n\n- Troubleshoot application issues and optimize performance.\n\n- Manage application deployment across development, testing, and production environments.\n\nC# Development : \n\n- Develop and maintain custom applications, components, and integrations using C# and .NET.\n\n- Build REST APIs and integrate applications with SharePoint and Microsoft 365 services.\n\n- Develop custom business logic and reusable components to extend existing solutions.\n\n- Work with JSON, XML, SQL Server, and API-based integrations.\n\n- Troubleshoot, debug, test, and optimize application code.\n\n- Follow coding standards, version control practices, and secure development principles.\n\nCollaboration and Support : \n\n- Gather requirements from business stakeholders and translate them into technical solutions.\n\n- Prepare technical documentation, deployment guides, and support procedures.\n\n- Collaborate with developers, infrastructure teams, and business users.\n\n- Provide production support and resolve incidents within agreed SLAs.\n\nRequired Skills : \n\n- Strong hands-on experience in SharePoint Online administration.\n\n- Experience with SharePoint sites, lists, libraries, permissions, and governance.\n\n- Practical experience developing applications using Microsoft Power Apps.\n\n- Good knowledge of C# and the .NET framework or .NET Core.\n\n- Experience with Power Automate and workflow automation.\n\n- Knowledge of REST APIs and application integrations.\n\n- Experience with SQL Server and database concepts.\n\n- Understanding of Microsoft 365 administration and security.\n\n- Strong troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills.\n\nPreferred Skills : \n\n- Experience with SharePoint Framework (SPFx).\n\n- Knowledge of PowerShell scripting for SharePoint administration.\n\n- Experience with Microsoft Graph API and Azure services.\n\n- Familiarity with Microsoft Dataverse and the Power Platform environment.\n\n- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and application lifecycle management.\n\n- Knowledge of SharePoint migration tools and governance frameworks.\n\nEducational Qualifications : \n\n- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.\n\nKey Deliverables : \n\n- Stable and secure SharePoint environments.\n\n- Efficient business applications built using Power Apps.\n\n- Reliable custom integrations and components
