This role collaborates closely with surveyors, engineers, and construction teams to ensure proper project execution and compliance with design specifications.\nResponsibilities\nEnsure adherence to safety standards, surveying regulations, and project specifications.\nAssist in land, topographic, and construction site surveys using Total Stations, GPS, and other surveying instruments.\nSupport site layout and staking out, ensuring structures and infrastructure align with engineering plans.\nCollect, record, and process survey measurements, elevations, and site conditions.\nOperate and maintain surveying equipment, ensuring proper calibration and functionality.\nHelp prepare survey maps, reports, and technical drawings for engineering and construction teams.\nCollaborate with surveyors, civil engineers, and project managers to provide accurate site data.\nSupport in monitoring ground movement, settlement, and site deformations for stability assessments.\nUse surveying software (AutoCAD Civil 3D, GIS, or Trimble/Leica systems) for data processing and visualization.\nAssist in marking control points and benchmarks for ongoing construction activities.\nPerform general fieldwork duties, including setting up equipment, marking reference points, and maintaining documentation.\nWork Conditions:\nWork Location: Don Mills Area, North York.
