This is a regional role to support from the Philippines in managing both local and international suppliers.Job Description\nCollate purchase orders and purchase requisitions in order to order materials, goods and supplies. \nPurchase orders and requisitions to be Send to the suppliers. \nReview inventories and order as required. \nInteract with the suppliers on a day to day basis and handles effective negotiations with Suppliers. \nReview deliveries against the orders Track the status of any orders. \nDeal with non-supplied, under orders, over orders and damaged goods. \nEnsure that any invoices are sent to accounts for payment. \nProduce and maintains a comprehensive reports. \nManage any procurement activities including RFP’s (Request For Proposals). \nVendor Registration Process in the Portal \nCreate Tenders through system, follow the same with the vendors and release the Purchase Order to vendor \nHandles and initiate meetings between Supplier and internal stakeholders. \nValidates commercial offers in compliance to Std Contract Conditions and applicable conditions. \nSupports and coordinates with Internal Requestors for the Purchase Requests and Goods Receipts processes in the the system.\nRequired Skills and Competencies\nAwareness on Quality Management System Requirement \nAwareness on Environment Management System Requirement \nEMS and OSHAS Management System Requirement \nWorking knowledge of SAP MM module\nTo be English proficient and knowledge of local language \nAs a company that values diversity as a source of talent, we work to foster an inclusive environment that promotes respect, belonging and engagement so that all people can participate on an equal opportunity basis.
