Come and join us in building the infrastructure our planet needs to achieve a sustainable future.\nACCIONA in Infrastructure is currently looking for a Contrac for MCRP-02 project located in San Fernando, PampangaJob Description\nAdminister assigned consultant agreements, lease contracts and subcontracts, including correspondence, payment documentation and contract records.\nCoordinate supporting documents for contractual matters, claims, disputes and arbitration proceedings, including obtaining records and technical inputs from the relevant teams.\nCoordinate insurance claims by gathering records and following up with relevant departments and insurers.\nDraft contractual letters and responses to consultants, lessors and subcontractors for review and approval.\nMaintain organized files and track pending actions.\nRequired Skills and Competencies\nBachelor's degree in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.\nAt least three years' experience in contract administration, preferably on a construction project.\nAbility to draft clear contractual correspondence and maintain accurate records.\nGood coordination and follow-up skills, including working with technical, commercial and legal teams.\nProficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.\nACCIONA has been given the Top Employer 2024 & 2025 certification in Philippines.
