Come and join us in building the infrastructure our planet needs to achieve a sustainable future.\nJob Description\nAbout the role\nWe're looking for a Contracts Administrator to join our team on the Lumsden Point project in Port Hedland. You'll support the commercial and delivery teams by administering subcontracts, supplier agreements and project contract documentation from commencement through to close-out.\nKey responsibilities\nAdminister subcontracts, purchase orders and supplier agreements, including preparing, issuing and tracking documentation\nManage contract correspondence, notices, variations and extension of time claims in line with contract requirements\nAssist with progress claims, payment certificates and subcontractor payment processing\nMaintain contract registers, records and reporting\nSupport tender evaluations and subcontractor engagement\nMonitor insurances, bonds, guarantees and compliance obligations\nWork closely with project, commercial and procurement teams to flag contractual risk early\nRequired Skills and Competencies\nPrevious experience in contracts administration within construction, civil or infrastructure\nWorking knowledge of Australian standard form contracts (AS 4000 / AS 2124 or similar)\nStrong attention to detail, with clear written and verbal communication\nCompetent in MS Office, particularly Excel and Word\nOrganised, proactive and comfortable managing multiple priorities\nTertiary qualification in commerce, law, construction management or a related field is desirable\nWhite Card\nAt ACCIONA, we offer a dynamic and challenging work environment where our employees can grow and develop their careers.
