You'll support the effective negotiation, documentation and implementation of contractual matters across the project, working closely with the wider commercial and project delivery teams. This is a chance to build your contracts experience on a major water infrastructure alliance, gaining exposure to alliance contracting models and long-term program delivery.\nKey Accountabilities\nAdminister contracts to ensure compliance with terms and conditions\nTrack key milestones, deliverables and renewal dates\nPrepare and review progress payment certificates\nDraft contractual correspondence to the client and subcontractors\nIdentify and help mitigate commercial and contractual risks\nMaintain accurate contract registers and documentation\nSupport commercial reporting and financial position analysis\nRequired Skills and Competencies\nDegree in construction management, law, commerce or related field\nExperience as a Contracts Administrator in civil infrastructure\nWorking knowledge of the Security of Payments Act (SOPA)\nStrong written communication and negotiation skills\nAbility to work collaboratively across internal and external teams\nAt ACCIONA, we offer a dynamic and challenging work environment where our employees can grow and develop their careers.
