Our digital engineering team supports project teams with models, data and design coordination. We work to four principles: create real change, be experts in complexity, feel responsible for the long term and transform by leading.\nAbout the Opportunity\nReport to the Manager, Digital Engineering and own the models, data and documentation that keep multidisciplinary project teams aligned. Coordinate design interfaces, run clash detection and model reviews, and manage information in Common Data Environments to meet project and client standards. Support design reviews and constructability discussions, guide junior team members and improve digital workflows. Present findings in design meetings and work with project teams and clients. Your advanced BIM capability will help teams resolve issues before they reach site.\nKey accountabilities for the position will be:\nDevelop, maintain and coordinate BIM and digital engineering models across disciplines\nRun clash detection, model reviews and audits, and resolve issues with design teams\nManage model data and documentation within Common Data Environments\nEnsure models meet project BIM standards, Digital Engineering Management Plans and client requirements\nSupport design reviews, constructability assessments and project coordination meetings\nCoordinate digital submissions, project handovers and asset information deliverables\nMentor team members and identify opportunities for automation and improvement\nRequired Skills and Competencies\nDiploma in engineering, design, drafting or a related discipline\nAdvanced Revit, Civil 3D, Navisworks, ACC and ProjectWise skills\nKnowledge of ISO 19650, BIM standards and Australian Standards\nProven digital engineering delivery on infrastructure projects\nStrong communication skills and the ability to mentor others\nWhy join us?\nAt ACCIONA, we offer a dynamic and challenging work environment where our employees can grow and develop their careers.
