operates.www.acciona.ca\nJob Description\nWe are seeking an Digital Solutions Developer with strong software development and cybersecurity expertise to rapidly build secure internal applications, automations, and integrations using modern development practices and AI-assisted coding tools.\nResponsabilities:\nDevelop secure internal applications, web tools, automations, dashboards, APIs, and integrations to support TGP business operations.\nWork with business and IT stakeholders to identify opportunities for automation, process improvement, and custom application development.\nRapidly prototype and develop solutions using modern software development practices and AI-assisted coding tools.\nUse LLMs and AI coding assistants to accelerate development, troubleshooting, testing, documentation, and code optimization.\nReview, validate, and secure AI-generated code before it is implemented or deployed.\nDesign and implement secure authentication and authorization using technologies such as Microsoft Entra ID, OIDC, OAuth 2.0, and SAML.\nApply secure-by-design principles, including least privilege, role-based access control, secure credential management, data protection, and appropriate logging and auditing.\nConduct code reviews and identify security vulnerabilities, insecure dependencies, exposed credentials, improper access controls, and other application risks.\nDevelop and integrate REST APIs, databases, Microsoft 365 services, SaaS platforms, and other enterprise systems.\nTest, troubleshoot, maintain, and continuously improve internally developed applications.\nEvaluate new AI development tools, frameworks, and technologies and identify opportunities to improve development efficiency.\nMaintain appropriate technical documentation and workplace policies.\nRequired Skills and Competencies\nStrong software development background with proficiency in one or more modern programming languages such as Python, C#, JavaScript/TypeScript, or similar.\nStrong understanding of software engineering fundamentals, including application architecture, APIs, databases, version control, testing, debugging, and maintainability.\nStrong knowledge of application security and secure software development practices.\nPractical knowledge of authentication and authorization, including Microsoft Entra ID, OIDC, OAuth 2.0, SAML, RBAC, claims, scopes, and access tokens.\nExperience developing and securing web applications and REST APIs.\nAdvanced practical experience using LLMs and AI coding assistants such as Claude, ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or similar tools.\nAbility to effectively prompt and direct AI coding tools while critically evaluating their output for correctness, security, and quality.\nAbility to quickly learn unfamiliar technologies, APIs, frameworks, and platforms.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently with ambiguous requirements.\nUnderstanding of common application security risks, including injection, authentication and authorization flaws, insecure data handling, exposed secrets, and vulnerable dependencies.\nExperience with Git and modern software development workflows.\nKnowledge of cloud platforms, Docker, SQL, Microsoft 365, Power Platform, or CI/CD is an asset.· Familiarity with OWASP principles and secure coding practices is an asset.\nStrong
