Come and join us in building the infrastructure our planet needs to achieve a sustainable future.\nJob Description\nThe Project\nACCIONA has been selected to deliver Western Harbour Tunnel - Stage 2, Sydney’s third harbour crossing. The new Western Harbour Tunnel (WHT) will connect to WestConnex at the Rozelle Interchange, cross underneath Sydney Harbour between Birchgrove and Waverton, and connect with the Warringah Freeway near North Sydney.\nProject scope includes:\nConstruction of approximately 4.8 kilometres of mainline tunnels with three lanes in each direction\nCivil, Mechanical and Electrical fitout of Stage 1 and Stage 2 tunnels\nSurface level work, including on and off ramps and tie-in work to the Warringah Freeway\nAs the Document controller, you will control all drawings, specifications, plans, procedures, correspondence, and reports to ensure only current and authorised versions are used. You will ensure all relevant data, systems records, and documentation are integrated and accessible in a timely and consistent manner.\nSpecific Tasks Include\nSupport stakeholders in document management and document control systems.\nVerify receipt of all incoming documents against accompanying transmittals.\nMaintain secure document storage of permits, contracts, and project documentation.\nRecord, check and track all incoming and outgoing project documents.\nProvide software training, guidance, assistance, and configuration.\nConduct audits of document management systems and records\nRequired Skills and Competencies\nQualifications and Experience\nDemonstrated ability to work effectively with others with strong collaboration and communication skills\nProficient with MS Office - specifically Word, Excel, and Outlook\nExperience in various Electronic Document Management Systems\nDemonstrated ability to work independently to organize and prioritize demands\nMust be energetic with a positive can-do attitude\nACCIONA has been given the Top Employer 2022, 2023, 2024 & 2025 certification in Australia, which certifies the company's commitment to excellence in human resources management and those who focus on putting their people first through their exceptional HR policies.
