Come and join us in building the infrastructure our planet needs to achieve a sustainable future.\nJob Description\nThe Opportunity.\nDue to a recent project win of a Energy Transmission Project, we are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Document Controller to support the successful delivery of this critical infrastructure initiative.\nThis role is responsible for maintaining the integrity, accuracy, and accessibility of project documentation, ensuring teams are always working from the latest approved revisions and that all records are managed in accordance with project requirements and quality standards.\nKey Responsibilities:\nEnsure compliance with the project's Document Control and Documentation Management Plan.\nManage the accurate upload, distribution, and filing of project documents, records, and correspondence.\nConduct regular audits, monitoring, and quality checks of document control and records management activities.\nSupport the development and continuous improvement of document control procedures and compliance checks.\nMaintain TeamBinder as the primary platform for project communication and document management.\nEnsure all drawing and document revisions are accurately updated, replicated, and distributed through TeamBinder.\nMonitor document workflows to ensure timely processing, approval, and distribution across project stakeholders.\nMaintain a structured and auditable document management system that supports project delivery and compliance requirements\nRequired Skills and Competencies\nPrevious experience in a Document Controller, Project Administrator, or similar role, ideally within construction, engineering, infrastructure, or utilities projects.\nExperience using document management systems such as TeamBinder, InEight, RIB CX, or similar platforms would be highly regarded.\nExceptional attention to detail with a strong focus on accuracy and compliance.\nStrong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work effectively across project teams.\nProactive, collaborative, and committed to maintaining high standards of document control and record management.\nACCIONA has been given the Top Employer 2022, 2023, 2024 & 2025 certification in Australia, which certifies the company's commitment to excellence in human resources management and those who focus on putting their people first through their exceptional HR policies.
