Come and join us in building the infrastructure our planet needs to achieve a sustainable future.\nJob Description\nACCIONA INDUSTRIAL UK LIMITED is looking to appoint anFinance Manager based in Kelvin Way, West Bromwich, B70 7JR on a duration of 6-months.\nKey Responsibilities\n• Responsible for the reporting and preparation of economic and financial reports in accordance with the economic reality of the project. \n• Budget control. Deviation analysis. Detection of risks and opportunities and action on them.\n• Responsible for the companies that are part of the corporate structure of the project (SPV and Trust). Responsible for their EEFF and audits. Responsible for the correct filing and settlement of local taxes. \n• Control of endorsements and guarantees (client and suppliers). \n• Follow-up of invoicing, control of collection milestones... \n• Treasury management, collections and payments. Placement of cash surpluses. \n• Cash flow monitoring. Analysis of deviations \n• Responsible for Accounts Payable \n• Supervise accounting\nRequired Skills and Competencies\nKey Requirements:\nProven experience working as a Financial Manager within high-value, complex industrial new-build projects.\nStrong understanding of the financial management requirements associated with major capital projects, including budgeting, forecasting, cost control and financial reporting.\nExperience operating within complex project environments and managing financial activities across multiple stakeholders and workstreams.\nAbility to hit the ground running, quickly understand the project’s financial position and take ownership of key financial management responsibilities.\nExperience working at an advanced stage of a major project, with the ability to identify financial risks, provide accurate financial insight and support effective decision-making.\nStrong analytical, organisational and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and commercially focused environment.\nAs a company that values diversity as a source of talent, we work to foster an inclusive environment that promotes respect, belonging and engagement so that all people can participate on an equal opportunity basis.
