Únete a nosotros en la búsqueda de soluciones para lograr un futuro sostenible.\nACCIONA is looking to hire a HV Substation Foreman for our Industry area, within the ACCIONA Netherlands division.Descripción del puesto\nMission: Coordinate, organize, and supervise electromechanical works in substation construction projects, ensuring compliance with technical standards, deadlines, and established quality requirements.\nThe Electrical / Electromechanical Supervisor is responsible for the overall follow-up of electromechanical and electrical work contracts on site, ensuring that all activities - including equipment erection, structural assemblies, busbars, transformers, auxiliary systems and electrical and Fiber Optic cabling - are executed in accordance with project engineering, technical specifications and applicable regulations.\nHe/she works in close coordination with other disciplines (civil works, protection and control, HSE, testing and commissioning), providing technical and operational support to facilitate effective decision-making and proper project execution.\nFunctions: The Electrical Site supervisor will have the following key responsibilities.\nAct as the main point of contact between site crews and project management.\nParticipate in site meetings and technical discussions.\nSupervise and coordinate all electrical and electromechanical works on site, including installation, termination and routing of power, control and auxiliary cables.\nOrganize and plan daily and weekly activities of subcontractors and site personnel.\nMonitor physical progress of the works, ensuring compliance with the project schedule and reporting any deviations.\nPrepare and issue periodic progress reports, including work status, incidents and technical issues.\nCoordinate interfaces between electromechanical works and other project disciplines.\nEnsure correct interpretation and implementation of drawings, electrical schematics and technical documentation.\nVerify quality of executed works and compliance with technical specifications and applicable standards.\nControl scope, schedule and resources assigned to electromechanical activities.\nSupport testing, pre commissioning, and commissioning activities.\nIdentify technical and construction risks or non-conformities and proposing corrective and preventive actions.\nEnsure compliance with Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) regulations during site activities.\nEnsure proper use of PPE, permits to work, lock out/tag out (LOTO), and safety procedures.\nRequisitos del candidato\nAcademic Background\nBasic electricity courses.\nLanguages and Required Level\nHigh level of English required.\nKnowledge of Dutch and Spanish will be considered an advantage.\nAdditional Skills / Complementary Knowledge\nProven experience in substation construction projects, supervising electrical and electromechanical works.\nExperience coordinating subcontractors and managing on-site construction activities.\nElectromechanical erection of substations.\nPower, control, and protection cable installation and termination.\nAbility to interpret electrical drawings and single-line diagrams.\nKnowledge of applicable codes, standards, and regulations for substation projects.\nKnowledge and experience in civil works would be a plus.\nExperience working for TenneT would be a plus.\nWillingness to Travel\nNot required.\nSomos una compañía que valora la diversidad como fuente de talento y por ello trabajamos para impulsar un entorno inclusivo en el que se promueve el respeto, la pertenencia y el compromiso de forma que todas las personas puedan participar en igualdad de oportunidades.
