Come and join us in building the infrastructure our planet needs to achieve a sustainable future.\nAcciona construction is looking for a Junior Site Engineer to join our construction team in Ravenna, Italy.Job Description\nMission\nPerform technical and operational activities related to the execution of construction contracts, following the guidelines of the Site Manager or Construction Manager. Coordinate and monitor assigned works to ensure compliance with project requirements, schedule, budget, quality and safety standards.\nMain Responsibilities\nManage and monitor assigned construction contracts and subcontracts.\n\nPlan and coordinate site activities and the use of labour, materials and equipment.\n\nSupervise subcontractors and monitor the progress and quality of the works.\n\nVerify compliance with drawings, specifications and contractual requirements.\n\nSupport budget estimates, measurements, cost control and subcontractor valuations.\n\nCoordinate with engineering, planning, procurement, quality and health and safety teams.\n\nSupport the management of permits, approvals and project documentation.\n\nIdentify technical, contractual or operational deviations and propose corrective actions.\n\nPrepare progress reports and maintain accurate site records.\n\nRequired Skills and Competencies\nRequirements\nBachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering or a related discipline.\n\n1-2 years of experience in construction, site production or contract administration.\n\nExperience in civil, infrastructure or marine construction would be an advantage.\n\nKnowledge of construction contracts, subcontractor management and technical documentation.\n\nGood organisational, analytical and communication skills.\n\nGood command of English and proficiency in Microsoft Office.\n\nAs a company that values diversity as a source of talent, we work to foster an inclusive environment that promotes respect, belonging and engagement so that all people can participate on an equal opportunity basis.
