Come and join us in building the infrastructure our planet needs to achieve a sustainable future.\nJob Description\nACEREZ, a partnership of ACCIONA, COBRA and Endeavour Energy, has been appointed network operator by EnergyCo to design, build, finance, operate and maintain the Central-West Orana Renewable Energy Zone (REZ) transmission network. The ACCIONA COBRA Joint Venture (ACJV), the design and construct (D&C) consortium, will design and build the Central-West Orana REZ transmission project.\nThe new transmission network infrastructure will deliver at least 4.5 gigawatts of new network capacity from 2028 to connect 7.7 gigawatts of wind and solar projects, which is enough to power more than 2 million homes each year.\nJob Description\nOur Central-West Orana Project is currently seeking an experienced Materials & Logistics Coordinator to join our growing project team.\nWorking within the project logistics and warehouse function, you will be responsible for the efficient receipt, storage, tracking, control and distribution of materials, equipment and inventory required to support construction activities across the project.\nThe successful candidate will have strong experience working in a busy warehouse or logistics environment, with demonstrated knowledge of materials management, inventory control and warehouse management systems. You will play a key role in ensuring materials are accurately received, recorded, stored and issued to site teams when required.\nThis is a remote project position operating on a 14 days on / 7 days off roster. Bus transport is currently provided from Sydney only, with various pick-up and drop-off stops between Sydney and the Mudgee region. All other applicants within NSW will be required to DIDO (Drive In Drive Out) at their own expense. Please note this is not a FIFO role, and candidates residing outside NSW will be required to arrange and fund their own travel to Sydney or site if successful.\nKey Responsibilities\nReceive, inspect and accurately record incoming materials, equipment and deliveries.\nMaintain accurate inventory records and ensure all material movements are recorded within the relevant warehouse management systems.\nCoordinate the storage, identification, tracking and distribution of materials across the project.\nPick, prepare and issue materials and equipment to construction teams as required.\nConduct regular stocktakes, cycle counts and inventory reconciliations.\nInvestigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, shortages and damaged or missing materials.\nEnsure materials are stored safely, securely and in accordance with project requirements.\nMaintain accurate records relating to purchase orders, delivery dockets, stock movements and material issues.\nLiaise with procurement, construction, logistics and project teams to ensure materials are available when required.\nAssist with the coordination of deliveries and movement of materials to and from site.\nMaintain a clean, organised and safe warehouse and storage environment.\nEnsure all warehouse and logistics activities are undertaken in accordance with project safety, environmental and quality requirements.\nRequired Skills and Competencies\nDemonstrated experience working as a Storeperson, Warehouse Officer or Logistics Officer, preferably within a construction, infrastructure, mining, utilities or major projects environment.\nProven experience with materials management and inventory control.\nProficient in the use of warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory management systems and Microsoft Office applications.\nStrong understanding of stock control, material tracking, receipting and issuing processes.\nExperience conducting stocktakes, cycle counts and inventory reconciliations.\nStrong attention to detail with the ability to maintain accurate records and documentation.\nAbility to identify, organise and track a wide range of construction materials and equipment.\nStrong communication and organisational skills with the ability to work effectively across multiple project teams.\nAbility to work independently and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced project environment.\nCurrent Construction White Card.\nCurrent Driver's Licence.\nExperience working on large-scale infrastructure or renewable energy projects will be highly regarded.\nAbility to work in a remote project environment on a 14/7 roster.\nWe are committed to fostering an inclusive environment where all voices are heard and valued.
