Reporting to the Project Manager, you will work closely with engineers and site teams to keep delivery on time and within budget. Your technical expertise, leadership and problem-solving ability will be central to safe, efficient project execution.\nKey accountabilities for the position will be:\nSolve complex technical problems and implement effective solutions\nOptimise construction processes to lift efficiency and productivity\nLead and direct mechanical work crews, resolving conflicts fairly\nEnforce ACCIONA procedures, OMRs and permit compliance on site\nManage program risk, resourcing and critical path to protect schedule\nMonitor quality standards and address non-conformities promptly\nReport progress, risks and program status to project leadership\nRequired Skills and Competencies\nTrades qualification in construction, building or manufacturing\nExperience in a construction, engineering or industrial environment\nPrevious experience as a Foreman or Supervisor\nWorking knowledge of HS&E requirements and implementation\nStrong communication skills to direct and influence teams\nAt ACCIONA, we offer a dynamic and challenging work environment where our employees can grow and develop their careers.
