Its Project Controls team keeps procurement consistent across them. The team sets the standards, systems and reporting that project and corporate colleagues rely on, from vendor governance through to post-award material management. This role is based in Sydney.\nAbout the Opportunity\nYou will join the Project Controls team in Sydney and report to the Project Controls Procurement Manager. You will work with project and corporate stakeholders to apply consistent procurement governance and deliver reporting for the Group. You will improve the systems behind that work, including PROCUR-e and LinkedOffice, and build Power BI dashboards and KPIs. You will also support material tracking, expediting and logistics after award, and bring your own ideas to improve processes and data quality. Your analysis will show teams where procurement performance can improve.\nKey accountabilities for the position will be:\nDeliver procurement reporting for the Group\nSupport project and corporate stakeholders to apply procurement governance consistently\nBuild and maintain Power BI dashboards, KPIs and analytics\nImprove procedures, processes, systems and data quality\nImprove procurement category structures and alignment across procure-to-pay systems\nSupport post-award material tracking, expediting, logistics and warehouse management\nAssess and enhance material management systems and tools\nRequired Skills and Competencies\nEssential: tertiary qualification in Engineering or Commerce\nProven procurement or supply chain experience in construction\nAdvanced Excel and reporting skills, including Power BI\nPost-award material tracking, expediting and logistics experience\nStrong analysis, attention to detail and document control skills\nAt ACCIONA, we offer a dynamic and challenging work environment where our employees can grow and develop their careers.
