Come and join us in building the infrastructure our planet needs to achieve a sustainable future.\nJob Description\nSupport the conduct of community engagement activities and relationship-building initiatives with barangay, municipal, and other local stakeholders, including NGOs, electric cooperatives, civil society organizations, and community groups.\nAssist in preparing administrative and logistical requirements for meetings, workshops, and community activities.\nFollow up on the submission, processing, and signing of resolutions, agreements, permits, and other project-related documents.\nCoordinate with community representatives and project stakeholders in the preparation and validation of beneficiary and census lists.\nConduct socioeconomic surveys, community mapping, georeferencing activities, household interviews, and field data collection as required.\nSupport the organization of community representative elections and assist in identifying potential local entrepreneurs who may operate the User Assistance Center (UAC).\nAssist in the receipt, inventory, safekeeping, and monitoring of project equipment, including Solar Home Systems and related materials.\nProvide logistical and administrative support for project implementation, transportation, procurement, distribution activities, and stakeholder engagement.\nSupport the identification and assessment of potential project expansion opportunities through needs assessments and field data gathering.\nAssist in implementing project activities according to work plans and ensure proper coordination with project partners and beneficiaries.\nContribute to the preparation of project documentation, proposals, communication materials, reports, survey tools, meeting minutes, and case studies.\nSupport finance and administrative processes, including purchase requests, cash advances, liquidations, reimbursements, payments, and records management.\nMaintain accurate project databases, filing systems, activity records, and monitoring documentation.\nSafeguard project funds, equipment, assets, and organizational resources entrusted to the position.\nPerform other related duties and responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time.\nRequired Skills and Competencies\nBachelor's Degree in Community Development, Engineering, Project Management, social sciences, or a related field.\nPrevious experience in community development, community organizing, stakeholder engagement, survey administration, project implementation support, or sustainable development initiatives.\nStrong organizational, documentation, and administrative skills.\nAbility to collect, organize, and maintain accurate field and project data.\nGood communication and interpersonal skills.\nAbility to work both independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.\nAttention to detail and commitment to quality outputs.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office applications.\nProficiency in English, Tagalog, and Bisaya is required.\nBackground in energy supply technologies (solar) and WASH projects is an advantage but not required. \nAbility to work in remote and field-based environments.\nDemonstrates initiative, adaptability, integrity, and teamwork.\nWillingness to undertake frequent travel and extended field assignments when required.\nACCIONA has been given the Top Employer 2024 & 2025 certification in Philippines.
