Come and join us in building the infrastructure our planet needs to achieve a sustainable future.\nJob Description\nAbout the Opportunity\nAs Manager, Project Controls, you will lead all project controls activities across the Wyaralong project, working closely with the Project Leadership Team to provide strategic oversight of performance. You will own the integrated baseline programme, cost control, forecasting and risk management, leading a team of project controls professionals and driving governance across planning, scheduling, change and reporting. You will provide direct advice to the Project Director, identify risks and opportunities early, and ensure controls data underpins confident, timely decision-making across the project.\n\nKey accountabilities for the position will be:\nLead the project controls framework, systems and governance\nOwn the integrated baseline programme and progress measurement\nManage cost control, forecasting, cash flow and EAC reporting\nLead risk, opportunity and change control processes\nDeliver performance reporting and analysis to project leadership\nLead and develop the project controls team\nIntegrate planning, procurement and construction interfaces\nRequired Skills and Competencies\nWhat capability and experience will you need to have:\nTertiary qualification in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management or related field\nSignificant experience in project controls leadership on complex infrastructure or EPC projects\nAdvanced proficiency in Primavera P6, Excel and reporting platforms such as Power BI\nStrong knowledge of cost management, forecasting, risk and change control\nExperience within water or wastewater infrastructure highly desirable\nAt ACCIONA, we offer a dynamic and challenging work environment where our employees can grow and develop their careers.
