This role will work closely with production, quality, maintenance, and leadership teams to identify process inefficiencies, track quality metrics, support corrective actions, and help drive operational excellence.This is an excellent opportunity for someone with manufacturing, quality, production, or process improvement experience who is looking to grow their career in continuous improvement.\nKey Responsibilities\nSupport quality and process improvement initiatives throughout the manufacturing operation.\nCollect, analyze, and report production and quality data.\nMonitor KPIs related to defects, scrap, rework, downtime, and productivity.\nAssist with root cause investigations and corrective action implementation.\nConduct process audits and verify adherence to standard operating procedures.\nCreate and maintain work instructions, process documentation, and training materials.\nParticipate in continuous improvement projects focused on efficiency, safety, and quality.\nAssist with process mapping and workflow analysis.\nCoordinate follow-up activities resulting from quality concerns and customer issues.\nCollaborate with supervisors and production teams to identify improvement opportunities.\nPrepare reports and presentations for management reviews.\nQualifications\nRequired\n2+ years of experience in manufacturing, production, quality, or process improvement.\nExperience working in an automotive, industrial, assembly, or manufacturing environment.\nStrong Microsoft Excel skills.\nAbility to analyze data and identify trends.\nExcellent organizational and communication skills.\nStrong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.\nPreferred\nExperience with Lean Manufacturing principles.\nExposure to Six Sigma methodologies.\nKnowledge of Root Cause Analysis (5 Why, Fishbone, Pareto).\nFamiliarity with quality systems, audits, and corrective actions.\nExperience supporting continuous improvement projects.\n• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred but not required.\nJob Description\nMISSION\nSupport the implementation and monitoring of quality standards, processes, and business continuity, managing projects and collaborating with business areas to optimize efficiency and ensure regulatory compliance.\nPOSITION RESPONSIBILITIES\n1. Consolidate and manage quality reports and processes from business areas, ensuring their proper integration into the sustainability report and alignment with organizational standards.\n2. Implement and monitor models and tasks related to business continuity to ensure the operational readiness of critical assets in the event of potential disruptions.\n3. Perform detailed monitoring of quality projects and processes, managing operational activities such as the preparation of presentations, reports, and supporting materials necessary to ensure their effective execution.\n4. Support the implementation and maintenance of ISO and international standards, collaborating with businesses on their certification, compliance, and continuous improvement.\n5. Monitor and analyze data and results reported by businesses regarding quality and processes, proposing corrective and preventive measures to ensure consistency and accuracy.\n6.
