Currently involved in some of Canada’s largest infrastructure projects, ACCIONA delivers solutions that contribute to the economic and social progress of the communities in which it operates.www.acciona.ca\nJob Description\nThe Quality Assurance Coordinator supports the implementation, monitoring, and continuous improvement of the TGP Quality Management System (QMS) and project-specific requirements under Schedule 11. The role works closely with construction, technical, subcontractors, and other disciplines to ensure all Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs), quality records, and Non-Conformance processes are effectively managed and fully compliant.\nMaintain material traceability for materials received, installed, or fabricated.\n\nMaintain and update the Area’s Inspection and Test Plan (ITP) tracker, inspection logs, and quality documentation registers.\n\nVerify that ITPs, checklists, test reports, and material certificates are properly reviewed, signed, and uploaded to Asite or other approved platforms.\n\nSupport preparation of ITPs close-out and handover Packages.\n\nEnsure full traceability of documentation between design, inspection, NCRs, and completion records.\n\nReview subcontractor quality submissions for completeness and compliance.\n\nCoordinate with Civil/Structural, MEP, Architectural, and Precast teams to schedule and track Hold/Witness points.\n\nSupport coordinators in recording field inspections and verifying that evidence (photos, reports, test results) is attached to each inspection lot.\n\nTrack daily site inspections, NCR status, and pending hold points.\n\nRecord, issue, and follow up on Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) and Opportunities for Improvement (OFIs) raised by quality staff or the Contracting Authority.\n\nMaintain the NCR/OFI/SOL registers, ensuring that each record is assigned, investigated, and closed with proper evidence.\n\nLiaise with subcontractors and internal departments (engineering, construction, and materials) to obtain missing documentation or clarifications.\n\nCoordinate document submissions and inspection notifications with designer and the Contracting Authority’s representatives.\n\nProvide weekly reports to the Quality Lead summarizing inspection progress, NCR closures, and outstanding documentation.\n\nIdentify trends in NCRs and documentation delays and propose preventive measures.\n\nSupport internal audits and readiness reviews.\n\nAssist in training site staff on QMS documentation requirements and ITP control.\n\nRequired Skills and Competencies\nExcellent coordination and communication skills.\n\nAbility to manage multiple inspections, NCRs, and documentation priorities.\n\nKnowledge of ISO 9001, QMS requirements, and audit preparation.\n\nStrong trend-identification skills.\n\nProficiency in digital tracking systems, logs, and registers\n\nStrong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.\n\nExcellent coordination and communication skills.\n\nAbility to manage multiple inspections, NCRs, and documentation priorities.\n\nKnowledge of ISO 9001, QMS requirements, and audit preparation.\n\nStrong trend-identification skills.\n\nProficiency in digital tracking systems, logs, and registers\n\nStrong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.\n\nWork Conditions:\nFull time\nThis role offers an annual base salary in the anticipated range of $75,000-$115,000 CAD, with compensation determined based on experience, qualifications, and internal equity.\nIn addition to base salary, this role includes a total rewards package that supports employee well-being, development, and long-term growth, subject to company policies and applicable provincial employment standards, including:\nPaid vacation and sick leave\nGroup benefits and EFAP from your start date, with premiums paid by ACCIONA\nHealth Spending Account\nLearning, development, and internal career opportunities\nRRSP matching\nPerformance-based discretionary bonus\nShare purchase program\nACCIONA has been given the Top Employer 2022, 2023, 2024 & 2025 certification in Canada, as well as the Top Employers North America 2022, 2023, 2024 & 2025 seal, which certifies the company's commitment to excellence in human resources management and those who focus on putting their people first through their exceptional HR policies.
