You will own the data that shows how the project meets its government policy and social value commitments: workforce hours, apprentices, Indigenous and local employment, and social procurement spend. You will work with Project Controls, HR, Procurement, Commercial and subcontractors. Your reports will reach governance committees, the client and government agencies. If you can turn large data sets into accurate, auditable reporting, this role gives you the ownership to do it.\nProject Information\nHelp deliver a new 500 kV double-circuit transmission line project that will connect more than 3,000 MW of new renewable generation to the grid and power up to one million homes. The scope spans earthworks and access tracks, tower foundations, steel supply and erection, logistics and regional camp accommodation.\nKey accountabilities for the position will be:\nCoordinate workforce, procurement and social value data from teams and subcontractors\nPrepare weekly, monthly and quarterly reports for project, client and government audiences\nMonitor compliance with workforce, training and social procurement commitments\nBuild dashboards and scorecards that track performance against project targets\nValidate data and resolve quality issues with project stakeholders and subcontractors\nMaintain auditable records and support internal and external audits\nImprove reporting templates, systems and procedures to lift data quality\nRequired Skills and Competencies\nCertificate, Diploma or degree in business, HR or commerce\nWorkforce or procurement data reporting and validation experience\nAdvanced Excel skills for data analysis, reporting and dashboards\nSound grasp of government policy reporting and workforce targets\nPreferred: infrastructure or government-funded project experience\nLocation and conditions\nThis is a regional role and includes the provision to be based at camp as required.\nWhy join us?\nAt ACCIONA, we offer a dynamic and challenging work environment where our employees can grow and develop their careers.
