You will join a project team delivering this work, with exposure to a wide range of construction activities across each phase, from early works through to final completion.\nAbout the Opportunit y\nYou will be the trusted safety partner for the project team and site workforce in regional NSW. Coach supervisors, challenge unsafe practices and help leaders make sound risk decisions before work starts. You will work across a range of construction activities, so your technical judgement will grow with each phase of delivery. The role gives you real influence over how the project plans and delivers its work, with regular exposure to project leadership, subcontractors and client representatives. If you want your advice to shape outcomes on site, this role offers that.\nKey accountabilities for the position will be:\nAdvise project leaders on safety risks and practical controls\nCoach supervisors and crews to lead safe work on site\nReview safe work method statements and risk assessments with work teams\nInvestigate incidents, find root causes and close out corrective actions\nRun site inspections and audits to verify safety compliance\nMonitor subcontractor safety performance and lift standards where needed\nRequired Skills and Competencies\nCertificate IV in Work Health and Safety, or higher\nCurrent NSW White Card and a valid driver licence\nProven safety advisory experience in construction or civil work\nNSW WHS legislation knowledge and clear, confident communication\nAt ACCIONA, we offer a dynamic and challenging work environment where our employees can grow and develop their careers.
